Professional Service Marketing requires a different approach to many other types of business due to the way the service is delivered. People rather than products are the primary asset and a company’s growth is dependent on the quality of service delivered and the ability of the company to develop and sustain client relationships over time.
Business development is the biggest issue that organisations seek assistance with. As specialist service providers, professionals often lack the time and business development skills required to help achieve and sustain desired growth.
Many professional sectors also have to contend with restrictive legislation in relation to marketing and often struggle to find alternative methods to reach and engage with prospective customers especially when few have access to in house marketing expertise.
